We have a full scale vertically integrated manufacturing unit. To maintain high standards of product quality it is important to have a full scale vertically integrated manufacturing unit. We begin with 100 per cent virgin HDPE granules which are extruded into HDPE fibres. The HDPE fibres are then quality tested for tensile strength, elongation & denier.

We lay great emphasis on the quality of our monofilament yarn. This is important because the woven fabrics can be of high quality only if it is weaved from good quality yarn.

The HDPE fibres are then woven into HDPE fabrics using woven technology.
