Lotus Industries over the years have developed a very strong manufacturing infrastructure. Our company is well equipped with state of the art technology & we keep updating ourselves through in house R & D.
We have a fully vertically integrated manufacturing unit. To maintain high standards of quality it is important to have a full scale vertically integrated manufacturing unit. We begin with 100% virgin HDPE granules. These granules are extruded into HDPE fibres on our PE Monofilament Making Machine. Our PE Monofilament making machines are latest, advanced & sophisticated machines which ensures best quality of HDPE fibres.
The HDPE fibres are then quality tested for tensile strength, elongation & denier. We lay great emphasis on the quality of our monofilament yarn. This is important because the woven fabrics can be of high quality only if it is weaved from good quality yarn.
The HDPE fibres are then woven into fabrics using woven technology. The final fabrics are subjected to quality checks to ensure best quality of the finished fabrics. |
